Jackson Browne and Raúl Rodríguez. meet in “Song y Son”
Jackson Browne and Raúl Rodríguez. meet in Song y Son, a project that embarks on an exciting exchange them, a cultural crossroads between Hispanic American sounds and rhythms.
Supported by years of friendship and collaboration, the meeting brings a new music born on the border between two traditions.
In the first part, an introduction Raúl Rodríguez., with his band (Mario Mas flamenco guitar, Guillem Aguilar on bass, Paul Martin Jones on drums and Aleix Tobias on drums), will present songs Reason They are , his first solo album.
In the second part, Jackson Browne will perform with the band, bringing their songs to flamenco rhythms and Afro-Caribbean are Andalusian mixed with the unmistakable sound folk / rock American artist.
The tour will begin on September 14 in Madrid (Teatro Nuevo Apolo) and follow the 15 in Seville (CAAC), 17 in Barcelona (Sala Apolo), 18 in Bilbao (Sala BBK) and end on September 19 in the Plaza de la Catedral de Oviedo.
